I have joined several other exchanges using passport and Thailand driving licence which is the only ID I have with my current address in English language. My bank statements have the address in Thai only and the bank cannot change it. Electric bill is in my wifes name. Eight other exchanges have accepted this for KYC but Bitstamp have rejected it and then ignored all my emails.
